Village Hall, facilities:

The Main Hall has a useful stage with curtains and projector screen and changing rooms at the rear.

There is enough space, and adequate tables, chairs, crockery etc, to seat 80 people for a meal.

There is a large, well equipped kitchen

....with a hatch for easy serving into the main hall.

There is a large fridge/freezer, double-oven electric cooker with large hobs, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, wall-mounted water heater for boiling water and a kettle.

There is also a heated hostess trolley that is stored in the locked store room.

There is also a smaller room

.....that is useful for committee meetings etc.

This room has double doors leading into the kitchen, so is useful for extra storage when catering for a large number of people.

There is a pleasant garden area

....at the West end of the hall.

There is also a cabin that can be used for children's activities in the summer.

The Hall belongs to the Parish of Chipstable.

The new extension opened in 2009.
