THE ANNUAL CHIPSTABLE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING

held on 3rd February 2010

The Parish Council met on 3rd. February & discussed road conditions during
the recent ice & snow. More salt was requested for various locations in
Waterrow & Chipstable .

Subsequent to this meeting we were told that the Chubworthy Pot Hole was
result of a badger sett. A licence was required before repairs can be carried
out by Devon Wildlife Consultants , Exeter.

Two Waterrow Planning Applications have been Granted.
Neighbourhood watch reported thefts from vehicles , a burglary
& 5 incidents of nuisance , all at Wiveliscombe.

The Chairman accepted an invitation to celebrate the acquisition
of two new vehicles for the Wivey Link .

Workshops are planned to Raise Awareness of Climate Change.

A suggestion was made to improve the muddy state of the pull in space past
the Waterrow Hall --  with the aid of voluntary labour.
