Hall AGM

Chipstable Parish Hall AGM-Tuesday 18th April 7.30pm

The Management Committee is looking for people to join this friendly team. The main role of the committee is to maintain/improve the fabric of the Hall at Waterrow through fund raising activities. The activities arranged are always sociable as other than raising money we also want to provide opportunities for the local community to get together in a variety of social occasions. A certain commitment although not arduous, is expected from committee members:

·      There are approximately 6 meetings a year. Members are expected to attend at least 4.

·      Members are expected to attend and help at 4 of the 6 social events during the year.

·      To assist with minor improvements/cleaning of the hall twice a year.
